Juice Cleanses are an excellent way to detox the safe, vibrant way.

Cleanses give your system time to rejuvenate and heal itself.

Think of the PURE cleanse as a vacation for you digestive system. The raw fruits and vegetables that make up juices take little effort to digest, allowing your body the ability to heal and get some real rest. The energy usually required for breaking down solid foods is now redirected elsewhere. This process eliminates bad stuff you’ve been taking in and replaces it with exactly what your body needs leaving you with increased energy and clarity, better skin, better sleep and certainly a leaner waistline.

3-5 day cleanses are optimal, but even a 1-day cleanse brings welcomed benefits.

Each juice is developed to nourish and purify the body, fueling your system with vitamins, minerals and enzymes. [ BTW, they taste really good, even the green one!]

The Pure Cleanse looks like this:

DOING THE CLEANSE

Pre-Juice Cleanse

Upholding a healthy light diet before your juice cleanse will ease the hunger cravings as well as the detox symptoms during the juice cleansing. Two days before only eat fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and eggs. Try to drink 8 glasses of water a day [the more the better]. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, sugar, processed foods, dairy, red meat and gluten.

During Your Juice Cleanse

You will be drinking 6 juices per day in 2 hour increments. Our juices are fresh squeezed every morning and ready for 8am pick up every day [if you need to pick up earlier, arrangements can be made]. Drink a glass of water with lemon first thing [you can also drink herbal tea]. Drink your first juice at 8 am. Each juice is numbered from 1-6 to make it easier. Drink as much water in between juices as you can! We recommend a 100% juice, because eating slows down the juice cleansing process. If you need to eat during your juice cleanse, choose organic fruits, vegetables or raw nuts and seeds.

Limit yourself to light exercise. Your energy levels will change when you’re on a juice cleanse, so pay attention to what your body needs before exercising.

Some detox symptoms are completely normal, so no need to stress. You may get a headache, light-headedness, fatigue, constipation or diarrhea. These symptoms are typical as the toxins are being released form your body. If you prepare for the cleanse with a healthy diet, you may find yourself with minimal to no symptoms, but have increased energy and better mood. Now that’s something to drink to!

After You Juice Cleanse

During the two days after completing your juice cleanse, follow the diet similar to the pre-cleanse diet. You can eat fruits and vegetables the first day. On the second day, add brown rice, eggs and yogurt. Add chicken, fish or meat 5 to 6 days after the fast.

Apples

Apples are filled with vitamin C, antioxidants and soluble fiber. they are also a great way to sweeten your juice.

Beets

Beets are blood builders. They detoxify the blood and renew it with minerals. Beets are a major way to heal the liver and kidneys.

Carrots

Carrots contain a form of Vitamin A that will start a fat flushing reaction in your system, literally washing out fat and waste efficiently.

Carrots also play an outstanding role in anti-cancer effect on the body and provide optimal immune support.

Cashews

This nut is high in Vitamin B, magnesium and copper. Cashew milk contains healthy fats and protein.

Cayenne

A powerful therapeutic herbal agent. this anti-inflammatory spice stimulates circulation, increases metabolism and neutralizes acidity in the body.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a powerful aid in regulating the blood sugar levels! It is rich in trace minerals, iron, calcium and quality dietary fiber. This spice lessens inflammation and fights microbes in the body

Cucumber

Cucumber is a natural diuretic and aids in kidney, liver and pancreatic detoxification. The potassium in content in cucumbers makes it highly beneficial for conditions of blood pressure, both high and low, and it is incredibly alkalizing.

Ginger

This super root contains many healing properties. Benefits include aiding digestion and circulation while reducing inflammation.

It is the ultimate ally in fighting cold and flu symptoms.

Kale

Kale is King! It contains more easily absorbed calcium than milk. Kale is rich in luetin and is one of the best sources of beta-carotene, an antioxidant believed to be a major player in the battle against cancer, heart disease, and certain age- related chronic diseases.
